Service Electrician

We seek a skilled residential service electrician who has a minimum of five or more years of electrical experience. Candidates should have a broad base of experience in residential electrical service upgrades, home stand-by generator installations, remodeling, and the ability to install a wide array of lighting products, light fixtures, and new lighting control technology. Excellent communication and follow-up skills are required with both our customers and our office staff.
Our pay range is $32-$45 per hour for Journeymen or seasoned candidates. This range is base pay only. In addition, there is an outstanding benefits package including fully paid health insurance for employees and their family (Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO), vision coverage, a 401K plan with a 4% company match and up to 3 weeks of paid time off in addition to 6 paid holidays.
Candidates must also have proficiency with:
- NEC
- electrical theory
- reading plans and spec books
- laying out work in rooms and cabinetry from plans
- conduit bending
Requirements for this position are:
- Five or more years of residential electrical experience
- Excellent customer service approach and professionalism
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English
- Dependability
- Neat and clean personal appearance
- Neat and organized work habits
- Self-starter and self-motivated
- Completion of a four year electrical apprenticeship is a plus

Licensed Plumber

HVAC Technician

Combine your technical knowledge as a residential service tech with your skill in customer service. We are looking to fill an HVAC Residential Service Technician with a minimum of 5 years experience running service calls.
You must have experience as a residential HVAC Tech, repairing and diagnosing HVAC equipment: air conditioning units, duct systems, fittings, grilles, registers, diffusers, controls, and related equipment. Based on client needs you will perform maintenance, repair systems, troubleshoot, startup new equipment, and verify correct operation.
As well, we highly value your ability to have effective follow-up and communications with our dispatch and other office team members. We seek candidates with proven good judgment and a high standard for quality in all you do.
Other key requirements for this position are:
- EPA certified
- ICE/NATE certification preferred
- A good driving record and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Sewer and Drain Technician

We’ve been in business for close to 100 years with new offices in Lincolnshire.
We seek candidates who have 2+ years in this field. The job involves rodding and cleaning drain lines, working on sewer lines, using sewer camera inspection equipment, installing sump and ejector pumps, excavation work, and cleaning interior drain lines. If you don’t have experience in all these areas, we’ll provide quality training so that you will develop into a fully qualified technician. As a member of our field technician team, you will interface with our customers so we need candidates who are comfortable having customer interactions.
Other important qualities in our technicians are dependability, efficiency, organization skills, being a team player and being accountable for one’s quality of work.
Requirements for this position are:
- A clean driving record
- 2 years’ experience in sewer and drain work or related field or prior experience in a physically demanding job
- Enjoys serving customers
- Able to dig and lift in excess of 75 lbs.
- Able to communicate verbally and in writing in English
