Heating Tune-Up Includes:
- Test starting capabilities

- Inspect and clean burners

- Lubricate moving parts
- Vacuum inside of unit

Cooling Tune-Up Includes:
- Clean condensing coil
- Check for proper refrigerant charge if necessary

- Test voltage of motors

Automatic Renewal:
- Pay the first half of the annual investment at the time of service.
- Monthly payments of 1/12th of the total annual investment will be charged to your credit card the first of each month starting the month after the initial preventative maintenance is performed.
- When the second and subsequent maintenance work is performed, that maintenance will have been paid for with the monthly installments prior to that service.
- You may cancel at any time with a 100% refund of the unused portion of the agreement with a 30-day written notice.
- You will not be charged any inflationary price increases in annual maintenance rates without prior written agreement by both parties.
Terms and Conditions:
- No-Risk, money back guarantee. You may cancel this agreement at any time with a 100% refund of the unused portion of the agreement.
- Spring maintenance MUST be performed between April 1st and May 15th. Fall maintenance MUST be performed between September 1st and October 15th. Maintenance performed outside the pre-season periods will result in a loss of the discount.
- This agreement is transferable from the existing owner to a new owner with written notice at no additional cost.
- RP&H reserve the right to reject any policy if an inspection by our technician finds the equipment in such poor condition that service will be unsatisfactory to both parties.
- It is mutually agreed that this policy does not cover work beyond the units or work required due to negligence, work performed by employees other than Ravinia Plumbing & Heating Co., Inc. (RP&H), or because of fire or flood.
- RP&H shall not be responsible for system design or performance in maintaining design conditions except through failure of equipment herein.
- All maintenance and non-emergency service work will be scheduled within normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Emergency is defined as no heat or a water leak.
